Govt. Industrial Training Institute, Chatrapur is a premier institute of Ganjam district was established in 1997. The academic program of I.T.I, Chatrapur commence in 1997. At present the institute has six numbers of trades covering 6 engineering trades where as five 2 year trades and one 1 year trade such as Electrician, Fitter, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Mechanic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and Welder respectively. Within a short period of time Govt. I.T.I. Chatrapur has been above to build up world class infrastructure & smart classes for carrying out education in advance manner and has been equipped with state of art scientific & engineering instruments Govt. ITI. Chatrapur's campus is on a sprawling 7 acres of land close to tampara lake & gopalpur sea beach within 10km radius.
